Manipal Centre Owners’ Association (MCOA) was formed on 19th September 1990 to administer the daily affairs of the commercial complex. The Executive Committee manages and overlooks the functioning of MCOA.
The Executive Committee, governed by by-laws consists of 7 members that are elected at the Annual General Body Meeting held every year. The Executive Committee team of 2017-18 consists of

Under the supervision of Mr. Ananda Jothi, Manager of MCOA, and with the contribution of his team of electricians, plumbers, security, lift men and hosuekeeping, the association manages the daily maintenance chores of the complex.
